Just wanted to send a big thank you to the nursing staff that looked after me so well yesterday while I had my surgery.

Alan was my nurse (and was excellent in every respect) but all the staff in the ward and in theatre were so lovely. Their care was thorough, efficient, friendly and very professional. It is obviously a happy environment and they completely put me at ease throughout it all.

I've had a really smooth recovery & I'd like to credit the whole team for that.

I would just like to send a message for Alan who looked after me yesterday.

I genuinely couldn't have asked for anyone more supportive, kind and caring. You at first choice hospital are very lucky to have such a fantastic nurse. Made my experience easier and put my mind at ease

I was so nervous on the day, especially as I wasn't allowed visitors however everyone looked after me so well and I am so grateful.

I wanted to mention a few Thank You's in particular. Please make sure these are passed on......

Amanda & Abrahim - These two are a fabulous duo! They really helped calm me down in theatre and assured me everything was going to be ok. Abrahim was so kind and had a lovely bedside manner, he told me about his students. I could tell he was passionate about his job and I bet his students think he's great. Amanda was equally kind and very patient, she helped calm my nerves and held my hand.

Dr Mahdi - He's been amazing throughout the whole process but I like how on the day he was there before and after my operation to check in on me. I like his honest approach and advised me the best look/result.

Ward nurses - I want to thank them for looking after me on the ward. They were so kind and checked up on me frequently. Very compassionate and chatty. I like how they helped me after my operation get dressed and straighten my ponytail.

Receptionist - She is very efficient and I thought it was great that she called be the day before to go through a few things. I also want to say thank to her for sending me my coat back! I'm on the moon to be reunited with it, as it was a very expensive birthday present! My mum would've been very upset with me if she knew I'd left it. she arranged post and packaging - no question! This is amazing customer service. Also, she has a lovely telephone manor.

Its these little experiences that make a massive difference. There's stigma attached to cosmetic surgery and there shouldn't be. You guys are just as much heroes as all the other medical staff and professionals.

 Just want to say a massive massive thankyou to everyone at first trust hospital Preston and the absolute boob god Mr Mahdi 🙌🏻had my breast augmentation done on the 8-8-21, an wow I have no words from start to finish amazing an a massive thankyou to my nurse Mr Alan (at the hospital) what a man he was I wanted to take him home with me by far the best ever care I’ve ever received!! Mr Alan if you come across this you are an angel… an a big thankyou to Krystina, the lady who organised the appointments and that was such a lovely chatty helpful lady always on hand to help….Thank you all so much now time to heal…🙌🏻💖

From the second I got there I was made to feel so welcome and reassured. I was admitted by Lynne and she was so thorough and reassuring.

I had Alan and Jo with me during the day and Judith and Hayley on the evening. The whole team was amazing from start to finish and I felt so safe and cared for! Nothing was too much bother for them.

Just wanted to pass this over as I have had 3 ops now through MYA and this was by far the best experience I have ever had
